US domestic shipping
The best part of shopping online is that you get to be in your cozy bed, dreaming of lingerie, picking out your absolute favorite pieces, and then having them arrive at your door wrapped in a beautiful box. You'll be able to track your order's journey before it arrives.
We work with incredible designers across the world. Some of them hand-make your lingerie in their ateliers just for you. Please note that orders may arrive in separate packages.
Holiday Shipping: Please order early to avoid any delays!
Unfortunately, it is completely beyond our control if a package arrives after the estimated time on our website. We do our best to make sure our team and our wonderful designer partners ship within the quoted processing time.
We offer complimentary shipping on US orders over $150. International orders via DHL, UPS, or the designer's local carrier.

International shipping
All shipments coming from outside of your country may incur a customs and duties charge. Anya Lust is not responsible for the additional fees that the government chooses to impose on your package. You are fully responsible for any additional fees. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges - US
We hope that you love and treasure every purchase from our boutique. But, if you wish to return an item for any reason, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs $7.95 and a label will be provided for you. Shipping for exchanged items is free!
Returns & Exchanges - Canada & International
Only exchanges (for a different size) or returns for store credit are accepted within 21 days of the delivery date. International orders cannot be returned for a refund. We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Please use a trackable service with your carrier of choice, and be sure that the package is postmarked within the 21-day period.
Return Policy
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be discarded and you will not receive a refund. These items are final sale and cannot be returned: hosiery, pearl panties/bodysuits, candles, intimate wellness items, sensual accessories, mystery boxes, items marked final sale on the product page, gift cards, classes/workshops, digital downloads, and items in the outlet collection. Please try on bottoms over your own panties.
