How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are, and what you've ordered. Most in-stock items ship after processing (within 1-3 business days). Made-to-order and custom items vary, but you’ll see a note on the product pages for those items. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days via standard shipping, 2-3 days via express shipping. International shipping typically takes 3 days via DHL. All shipping speeds are estimates, as the carriers may experience delays at any time.

What name shows in the return address on my package?

"Anya Lust" will be in small print in the return address. In some cases, you might see "Shipping Department" instead, or the name of the designer (if shipping from outside of the US). All products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing the order if it is not already in the process of fulfillment. We do not accommodate order cancellations under any other circumstance. To do this, send an email to assistance@anyalust.com with “Cancel Order [Number]” in the subject line.

What happens if my package incurs a customs & duties fee?

All shipments coming from outside of your country may incur a customs and duties charge. Anya Lust is not responsible for the additional fees that the government chooses to impose on your package. You are fully responsible for any additional fees. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee. You’ll see a note on the product page if your order is shipping from Europe (otherwise, all other products ship from the US).
