As a Private Client Stylist at Anya Lust, you'll have the opportunity to help women select the best lingerie and date night outfits for any occasion. Your goal is to develop close relationships with our special clients, while exceeding sales targets and representing our brand as the leading destination for romance. You'll have limitless earning potential by selling to women locally, or around the globe. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, natural salesperson who loves intimate apparel.

This position is remote, however, applicants must be able to visit clients at their homes.

Responsibilities:

• You will develop a portfolio of valued clients in your region. 
• You will maintain your client relationships to the standards required to enable achievement of personal sales targets and related KPIs.
• You will create and send personalized communications to your clients, to inform them of new products and designers based on their interests.
• You will organize and host client engagement activities (e.g. styling appointments, shopping experiences, bridal showers, etc.) within your assigned geographic region.
• You will work closely with your manager on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identifying new business opportunities.
• You will support the customer service team to resolve Private Client issues when necessary.

About You:

• Natural salesperson without being a "hard seller"
• Understanding of women's body concerns
• Bachelor's degree in retail, business, or comparable field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry (lingerie specifically is a plus)
• Understanding of the affordable luxury market
• Proven track record of successful commission-based selling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to go the extra mile for the greater good
• Enthusiastic about e-commerce and innovative retail
• Strong computer literacy (must also own a laptop and smartphone)

Compensation: 100% commission-based, uncapped
