It depends on where you are, and what you've ordered. Many in-stock items ship after 1-3 business days of processing. Made-to-order and custom items vary. The individual expected ship date is shown on every product page. Please see our shipping page for more details.
We use UPS, USPS, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
"Anya Lust" will be in small print in the return address. In some cases, you might see "Shipping Department" instead, or the name of the designer (if shipping from outside of the US). All products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
Once your item ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track the status of your package by clicking on the number in your email. If you encounter any issues after the package is in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. They will be able to help you.
You may cancel or edit your order up to 2 hours after placing the order if it is not in the process of fulfillment. We do not accommodate order cancellations under any other circumstance. To do this, go to your order status page or your confirmation email to find the link to edit or cancel.
