It depends on where you are, and what you've ordered. Many in-stock items ship after 1-3 business days of processing. Made-to-order and custom items vary. The individual expected ship date is shown on every product page. Please see our shipping page for more details.
We use UPS, USPS, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Anya Lust will be in small print on your otherwise very discreet package. If you'd like us to change the name to ANYA or A.L. LLC please let us know in the notes at checkout.
Once your item ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track the status of your package by clicking on the number in your email. If you encounter any issues after the package is in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. They will be able to help you.
