We work with incredible designers across the world. Many of them hand-make your lingerie in their ateliers just for you. Please see individual products for shipping and processing times. Click on "view details" on the product page for more information. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Since COVID-19 hit New York in March 2020 and spread across the country, there have been severe delays on many packages due to shipping carriers working with a shortage of staff and an influx of online shopping. Please order early to avoid any delays. Unfortunately, it is completely beyond our control if a package arrives well after the estimated time on our website. We do our best to make sure our team and our wonderful designer partners ship within the quoted processing time. Your patience is very much appreciated during this unprecedented time.

Please note: All shipments coming from outside of your country may incur a customs and duties charge. Anya Lust is not responsible for the additional fees that the government chooses to impose on your package. You are fully responsible for any additional fees. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee. We offer complimentary shipping on US orders over $100. International orders via calculated rates by DHL or the designer's local carrier.

We hope that you love and treasure every purchase from Anya Lust. But, if you wish to return an item for any reason, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

These items are final sale and cannot be returned: Kafemme items, hosiery, custom orders (including latex), pearl panties/bodysuits, candles, intimate wellness items, sensual accessories, mystery box, gift cards, classes/workshops, digital downloads, and items in the outlet collection. We will not accept anything that has been worn, damaged, detached tags, or returned after 14 days. If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be promptly sent back to the purchaser’s address. Please try on bottoms over your own panties.
